Fright Fest is an annual Halloween event at Elitch Gardens. This reporter visited on October 19th. The weather started out warm but when the sun started to go down it got a little chilly, but that is expected for this time of year.
A part that really scared me was when the people dressed up in scary costumes chased me and said scary things in my ear. Another cool part that I like about Fright Fest is that they had some of the scary people on the rides with you to scare you even more on the rides. It was very unexpected.
One thing that I did not like about Fright Fest is that it’s a very popular event during Halloween so the lines for the rides were very long. Overall my experience at Elitch Gardens during Fright Fest was a blast and I definitely recommend it.
