Spring break is soon! What are your plans? Many students from all grades at Century have exciting plans for spring break.
“Over spring break I’m going to hang out with my friends and family,” says 6th grader Aria Beard, “I’m really excited to just have a break from school and hang out with my friend Grace.”
Other students are leaving America to go on a vacation.
“I might go to Italy over spring break and hang out with my friend Maria,” says 7th grader Izzy Asenov.
8th graders said they are excited to hang out together over spring break.
8th grader Elyn Saunar said, “My plans over break are going over to Camila’s house and we are going to eat and go to the gas station and boondocks. We are also going to sleep.”
Then her friend Camila Diaz Ortega said, “I’m going to have Elyn and Ahriah over at my house everyday and they are going to be a bunch of chill guys.”
Our teachers also go and do fun things over their spring break.
Mrs Reynolds said, “we plan as a family to go to Florida to see some additional family and go to the beach. We are excited to [be] spending time at the beach and going surfing.”
Mrs Pearson is doing some fun things over break with some students from Century, Rocky Top and Westlake.
“I’m heading to Boston and New York with a pile of students for five days. I’m totally excited to walk the Freedom Trail to see the duck statue in Boston Commons and all the historical places. We are also going Candleton Bowling.” – Mrs. Pearson.
So many of our students and staff have fun plans for what they are doing over break! I hope you have a great break and we will see you back at school on April 6th!
