Did you know that Blink-182 released a new album called ONE MORE TIME last month? Well this review is all about the new album.
In the album there are precisely 17 songs and the album is 44 minutes and 35 seconds long.
Overall the album is pretty good; some of the songs that I recommend are: Bad News, Turpentine, One More Time, and You Don’t Know What You Got. The song One More Time is about how they broke up, the difficulties their friendship encountered, and then the band getting back together.
I have a connection to the song One More Time because it reminds me of my really good friend in high school that I don’t see often even though we act like we see each other every day.
The three guys that produced this album are Mark Hoppus (bassist/vocalist), Tom Delonge (guitarist/vocalist), and Travis Barker (drummer). The band first became popular in 1997 with the release of the album Dude Ranch.
Blink 182 has a special link with Colorado as their hit song “All the Small Things” became somewhat of an anthem for the fans of Colorado’s professional hockey team, the Colorado Avalanche. During the Avalanche’s Stanley Cup run in 2022, the song was regularly played in the stadium and many fans would sing along. At the beginning of the 2023 season, Mark Hoppus appeared as a special guest during the home opener when the Stanley Cup Championship banner was raised to the top of Ball Arena.
Blink 182 is currently on tour and will be at Ball Area in Denver June 27th, 2024.
